This Privacy Policy explains how Arya Rizky Ardhi Pratama collects, handles, and protects information across all digital products under aryariap (including ForUnair, KontrakPaham, GriyaLapor, and VPN aryariap).
I build and operate these tools as an independent developer based in Surabaya, Indonesia. I value your privacy and keep data collection strictly limited to what is required for each application to function properly.
2. Data We Collect
Data collection practices depend specifically on the product you use:
ForUnair
- Account data: Only your basic user account credentials required for logging into the app are stored.
- Academic data: Academic information (class schedules, grades, campus announcements) is fetched directly from official Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) servers in real time on your behalf. This academic data is never stored on Arya's servers.
- Third-party integration: ForUnair is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or officially operated by Universitas Airlangga.
- Intellectual property and data ownership: The name, logo, trademarks, academic systems, and campus data of Universitas Airlangga are the sole property of Universitas Airlangga, not Arya Rizky Ardhi Pratama.
- Institutional policies: Your academic records remain governed by UNAIR's own institutional privacy policies and terms.
KontrakPaham
- Uploaded documents: Contract documents you upload are processed temporarily to run the AI analysis and are not kept permanently.
- Analysis history: Summaries and analysis records are saved solely to let you view your previous analyses again later. This history is accessible only through your authenticated account.
- No third-party sharing: Your uploaded documents and generated analysis results are never sold or shared with external marketing parties.
- Deletion upon request: You can request complete deletion of your analysis history at any time by contacting me.
GriyaLapor
- Financial records: Bookkeeping entries, transaction details, and notes you enter are stored securely in a database so you can access your records across devices.
- Private account scope: All financial data belongs strictly to your personal account and is not publicly visible or accessible to other users.
- No financial account access: GriyaLapor does not connect to your personal bank accounts, payment gateways, or financial institutions. Arya has no access to your banking credentials or funds.
- No data sales: Your business or financial figures are never sold, rented, or distributed to third parties.
VPN aryariap
- Strict no-logs policy: The VPN service maintains no traffic logs, DNS query logs, connection timestamps, or bandwidth activity logs.
- Relay only: The virtual server acts strictly as an encrypted network relay; no browsing history or packet contents are stored.
- Managed access: Access keys are provisioned individually by request and may be revoked at any time.
3. How We Use Data
Data is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve the specific services you have chosen to use.
I do not sell your personal data. I do not run third-party advertising networks or tracking scripts that monetize your personal information.
4. Data Retention
Retention periods follow the product-specific rules described above:
ForUnair retains account credentials until account deletion; academic data is never retained.
KontrakPaham retains analysis history until you request its removal; source files are discarded after processing.
GriyaLapor keeps transaction logs until you delete them or close your account.
VPN aryariap retains no traffic data whatsoever.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to inspect, correct, export, or permanently delete the personal data associated with your accounts.
To exercise any of these rights, send an email to aryarizkyardhipratama@gmail.com with your account details. I will review and fulfill your request promptly.
6. Third-Party Services
Certain products interact with external infrastructure to deliver their features:
AI Inference Provider (KontrakPaham): Contract text is passed via secure API to Groq, Inc. (groq.com) for running open-source large language model analysis. Data processed through Groq's API is governed by Groq's Privacy Policy (https://groq.com/privacy-policy/).
UNAIR Official Infrastructure (ForUnair): Network requests for academic schedules and grades communicate directly with official Universitas Airlangga servers.
7. Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as products evolve. When changes occur, the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page will be revised.
Your continued use of any aryariap service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
